Oracle Database Security Central is a customer-managed platform that provides a centralized view of database security across the entire database fleet. It brings together user risk, sensitive data discovery, security posture, compliance, auditing, policy management, and SQL threat prevention in a single command center.

Security Central helps organizations identify privileged-user risks, discover sensitive data, detect configuration drift, monitor database activity, and standardize security policies across on-premises, hybrid, and multicloud environments. It also includes GenAI-powered security assistance to help teams understand risks and prioritize security actions.

Oracle is making Database Security Central available at no additional cost until February 28, 2027, giving eligible customers an opportunity to evaluate and strengthen database security across their environments.

Security Central supports Oracle Database environments including Exadata, RAC, Data Guard, and Multitenant, and can also collect audit information from databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, IBM Db2, and MongoDB.
